2010 04 05 19h53 Scooter rider (with child) goes through 5 red lights & a gas station. His usual method was to usually do a right turn, followed by an immediate U turn...after the 5th time I stopped following. In the original video he is speeding through traffic and driving erratically as well. Guys like this fully deserve the accidents they're involved in. The traffic police have prosecuted....
